• All items are sold by Dixon's Medals on a 'first come, first served' basis. Payment must be made or sent upon confirmation of your order. Whilst we make every endeavour to ensure that our web site is updated on frequent basis, please note that ordering though our web site is not a guarantee of sale, should the item have already been sold though other methods.
• All items are sold as genuine and original unless otherwise stated. Any item subsequently proved to be fake, renamed or not entitled to bars supplied with the medal, may be returned and payment will be refunded or credited.
• All prices include VAT, this is normally by special scheme as indicated on our invoices and is therefore not refundable on export. (Our VAT no. 316 9269 38)
• Each order must exceed our minimum order charge of £5 or we have the right to reject the order.

Paying for your order online though our web site is fully secure.

Credit / Debit Cards: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Switch, American Express and most other bankers debit cards. Unfortunately we do not accept Diners Card at this time. Your card will only be charged at the time of despatch of your order. Please note that all card transactions are made in UK £ Sterling.

Lay Away Plan:  Dixon's Medals offers its customers this easy payment option, where your order will be immediately secured upon receipt. Payment of your total is made over 3 equal instalments, unless otherwise arranged The first payment is taken at the time of order, and remaining 2 payments are taken each month thereafter. Your item(s) will be despatched to you when all payments have been made. If you wish to pay by cheque, please ensure you mail us 3 post-dated cheques together with your order.

All items purchased from Dixons Medals may be made pursuant to a shipment contract. This basically means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Details of contract relating to delivery may be obtained from Dixons Medals.
