Please note the variation in spelling on the King’s South Africa medal. Re-enlisted 10.9.1914, France 27.9.1915, wounded in action 24.7.1916, discharged 4.2.1919. Sometime transferred to the Gloucestershire regiment number 34055, probably after being wounded.
